Investment Objective The investment seeks long-term increase of capital. This fund is allow to invest in companies with any type of capitalization in a wide range of different securities. It can also invest in compaines with debt and equity-related securities (including but not limited to convertible debt securities and also to warrants), bonds that are rated A or better by Moody's a highly regarded financial rater, and the international securities of foreign companies (denominated in U.S. dollars or foreign currencies), that also includes and up and coming companies. The fund is allowed to invest up to 25% of total assets, that number would be determined at the time of purchase, in securities of foreign companies.
